"Life's Too Short to Move Fast"

typing this from a hammock because priorities.

i made don coolio because the world started moving like it was late for something — and i wasn’t.

i’m not anti-effort. i’m just pro-chill. and nothing out there matched that vibe.

true story: i tried to buy a cooler and realized they all looked like an accounting team designed them. gray boxes, lifeless colors, and brands that feel like a midlife crisis disguised as outdoor gear.

google “soft coolers” and see how many look like they were built by robots for robots. i’ll wait.

found any with actual style? colors that don’t bum you out? brands that sound like they’ve ever been to a party?

me neither. meanwhile, i’m over here asking: what if coolers were actually cool?

so i made don coolio. soft-sided because life’s hard enough. colorful because spreadsheets don’t need to win. and built for people who know style and function can hang.

they’re lightweight, good-looking, and keep your drinks colder than your ex’s heart.

for beach philosophers and RSVP-maybe types. for soft plans, good company, and the kind of days you don’t need to post about.

    stay frosty,

    The Chillest Cooler Drop Ever

    Frequently asked questions

What exactly is Don Coolio? Is it a cooler, a lifestyle, or just a really cool dude?

It's all three! Don Coolio is a line of soft coolers (insulated cooler bags) built for people fed up with bulky, boring gear. Serious cold retention, standout colors, zero gray-box energy. Is it also a lifestyle and a really cool dude? Sure. But mainly: it's the soft cooler that looks as good as it chills. Think less "office grind," more "backyard BBQ legend."

How long does a Don Coolio keep things cold?

40–72+ hours depending on the model, how you pack it, and how often you open it. That's enough to outlast a 12-hour corn hole tournament from first toss to championship celebration. Pre-chill your drinks and use a mix of ice and ice packs for max chill. (Results vary with outside temp and how many times you reach for another cold one.)

How many cans does a Don Coolio hold?

Depends on the Don: the 6'er fits a six-pack, the Tote handles a crew's worth of drinks and snacks, and the Don Pack holds up to 36 standard cans plus ice. Check any product page for that model's exact capacity.

When will my Don Coolio arrive?

Depending on the type shipping service selected at checkout, bags generally arrive withing 5-7 business days from when they are ordered. Our goal is to get them out as soon as possible, but we are a small team, so we appreciate your patience.

    How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

    Is the payment secure?

Your payment is encrypted, and card details are never stored. We value your privacy.

Which Don is right for me?

Don Tote ($60) for the beach and grocery runs — wide opening, easy shoulder carry.
Don Pack ($100) for hands-free days like hikes and festivals — biggest capacity.
Don 6'er ($55) for small everyday missions and the golf cart — a six-pack that slings over your shoulder, fits a kayak, or rides to the desk.

Can't go wrong; can definitely go bigger.

Soft cooler vs. hard cooler — which one do I need?

For 95% of life — beach days, tailgates, picnics, golf, the park — a soft cooler wins. It's lighter, packs flat, and doesn't need a hand truck. Hard coolers make sense for multi-day backcountry trips. If you're bringing drinks to a hang, get the soft one. Get the good-looking one.

Can I put ice straight into a Don Coolio?

Yes — loose ice, ice packs, or both. One tip for the 6'er: if you're wearing it as a sling on your back, go with ice packs so you're not hauling sloshing ice-water against you on extended outings.

We generally reccomend ice packs, especially for exxtended use or in hot weather as condensation is always more likely with cold ice/water in the mix.

    Are Don Coolio coolers leakproof?

Yes. Every Don has a welded, waterproof liner — no stitched seams for melt to escape — so it stays sealed inside the cooler, not leaking onto your towel, your trunk, or the back seat.

A sonic hammock for your mind - stitched by Don himself.
