Don Coolio Warranty & Returns Policy

Warranty

We take pride in the quality of our products and offer a one year limited warranty for all Don Coolio items purchased directly from our website or an authorized retailer. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

What’s Not Covered:

  • Improper use or misuse of the product

  • Damage caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications

  • Damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, fire, or accidents

  • Zipper wear due to exposure to rain, dust, dirt, or mud

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us here. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Depending on the case, we may request photos of the defect.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in new, resellable condition.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us – To start the return or exchange process, reach out to us here.

  2. Return Shipping – We provide a free prepaid return label for returns within the United States. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for shipping costs.

  3. Refunds – Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. A $7 handling fee will be deducted from any refund for returns (not exchanges).

Exclusions:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Repair or Replace Guarantee

If any of your Don Coolio products fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge. This warranty is available for the lifetime of the product.

What’s Covered:

  • Failure of materials or workmanship that occurred during normal use

What’s Not Covered:

  • Wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure resulting from modifications

  • Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations

General Notes

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
